Welcome to the eCF37 Page
If you are an Alameda County resident, you now have the option to complete, sign, upload verification, and submit your CalFresh recertification (CF37) on this site to keep receiving your CalFresh benefits. For most households, your CF37 is due by the end of your certification period, typically the twelfth month after your application or six months after your Semi-Annual Report (SAR 7). We need the following information from you to locate your case and start the recertification process. For instructions on how to complete and submit the CF37, review the CF37 user guide.
IMPORTANT: If your CalFresh and CalWORKS recertification/redetermination are both due at the same time, you should NOT use this eCF37 site as you will need to submit a SAWS 2 Plus instead. If you use the eCF37 site, you will only submit a recertification for CalFresh only, your CalWORKs redetermination will still be due. - Mailing to any of the Alameda County Social Services Agency offices.
- Bringing in person to any of the Alameda County Social Services Agency offices.
